Sydney Non-Metro Deliveries

Regional andcountry areas are covered by Non-Metro Deliveries. Because deliveries to theseareas have longer distances to travel, they incur different charges anddelivery times from Metro Deliveries. A Non-Metro Delivery incurs a charge of$29.99 (excluding large items and special orders) and takes 2 to 7 working days.

Large Items

Large items arethose which require extra handling. Because of this, they take longer totransport and incur a higher delivery charge.

Large Item Delivery to Metro Areas

Large items incur adelivery charge of $45.00 for Metro Orders and take between 1 and 3 businessdays for delivery.

Large Item Delivery to Non-Metro Areas

Large items incur adelivery charge of $59.99 for Non-Metro areas. The delivery times are between 3to 7 business days for these items. If an order includes both stationery andlarge items, two separate charges for delivery are charged for both types ofitems. This is because large items are shipped from separate warehouses.

Orders Over 150KG

Orders thataltogether total over 150kg may be subject to a custom delivery charge, as theyare outside our standard delivery criteria. Special Orders

Some items aremarked as Special Order Items and are delivered separately from regular orders.These items may at times be delivered directly from our suppliers.

The delivery timeframe is approximate depending on supplier availability. Customised SpecialOrder Furniture items and Custom Print items cannot be returned or refunded dueto change of mind as these products are manufactured and produced according tocustomer specifications. These products can only be returned if faulty ordamaged.

If the item you areordering is a Special Order Item, special order information will be availableon the 'Features' tab of the product page. Please also note the longer deliverytimes for Special Order Items.

Delivery Time Frames

Orders anddeliveries are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Deliveriesare made between 8:00am - 5pm Monday to Friday, We currently do not have aweekend delivery service.

During the wetseason, deliveries to Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may beaffected by adverse weather conditions. In this event, deliveries may takelonger than our usual time frame.

Changes or Cancellations

* Printed or Personalized Items: Your printed order begins processing automatically as soon as it is submitted. If possible, we will accommodate your request to change or cancel your order. A minimum $25 fee will be charged to change or cancel your printed or personalized order. If your order has already been printed or personalized, changes or cancellations will not be made. You will be charged for the original order
* Non-personalized Items: Orders for off-the-shelf-items, which are not personalized can be changed or cancelled if they have not been shipped. A$25 handling and re-stocking fee, per order, will be charged for changes or cancellations of off-the-shelf items.
* To avoid change or cancellation fees, please check your order carefully prior to submitting it.

Items being returned must be in their original packaging and carton. We're sorry, personalized items where we have made no error, cannot be returned. If we make an error in manufacturing your personalized item, we will happily replace it, or issue a full refund for that item. Errors in personalized items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within ten days of receiving your order.
